The Settings area gathers your personal preferences and your organisation’s configuration in one place. Open it from your avatar in the top-right corner — choose My account for personal settings or Organisation for organisation settings — then use the left nav rail at /settings.
Navigating Settings
Settings uses a left-hand navigation rail split into two groups:
- Personal — settings scoped to your own account, such as your profile, security, and preferences.
- Organisation — settings that affect everyone in your organisation, such as users, automation, and billing.
The rail is permission-aware: sections you don’t have permission to view are hidden, not greyed out. Organisation sections require manager or admin access, and some (Portal & Domain, Single Sign-On) also require a Business or Enterprise plan. If you’re expecting a section and it’s missing, contact your organisation administrator.
